3. Training Services

Our Training Services include live workshops, coaching sessions, and seminars designed to support your professional growth.

3.1 Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 14 days before its scheduled date without any charge. To request a change, please complete our Contact Us form. If you notify us at least 7 days before the session, you may transfer your booking to a future date at no additional cost.

3.2 Refund Policy for Training Services

Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the session are eligible for a full refund. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 30 days. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the session are non-refundable but may be converted into a credit for future Training Services at our discretion.

4. Digital Products

Digital Products include e-books, guides, and recorded materials. Due to their immediate and downloadable nature, all Digital Product sales are final and not eligible for refunds. However, if you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please notify us within 7 days for an alternative delivery or access resolution at no extra cost.

5. Physical Goods

For any tangible items purchased, you may return unused goods within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 15 days.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Certain premium packages and private events are expressly non-refundable due to resource planning and allocation. We will inform you of any non-refundable conditions at the time of purchase.

7. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The revised version will be posted on our site. Continued use of our offerings after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For questions or concerns, please use our Contact Us form.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
